Our flagship brand Bulwark Cider was founded in 2010 and has since become a popular go-to beverage in Nova Scotia and beyond. Our locally sourced and expertly crafted ciders have certainly earned a loyal following among cider enthusiasts.
We offer a range of ciders, including Original, Blush, Orchard Peach and Blood Orange. Our ciders are made with a blend of traditional cider apples, which give our ciders a unique and complex flavour profile.
In addition to our core cider collection, Bulwark also produces limited-edition ciders that are available for a period of time each year. We also offer a range of non-alcoholic sparkling ciders that are made with our famous five-apple blend of 100% Scotian Gold apples.
