Cider begins and ends with the apple. Our quality fruits from the Annapolis Valley are juiced on site and slowly fermented, resulting in a natural cider that’s never made from concentrate. The result is a premium balanced blend of sweetness, acid, and tannins that’s low in sugar, made from real apple juice, and bottled on site.
Made with seasonal fruits harvested from our five acres of orchards and berries in New Ross, Nova Scotia, Red Barn is a fresh and luscious escalation from conventional grape wines.
